Steph's SUP yoga classes are nothing less than a transformative experience. She combines her extensive and thorough knowledge of yoga and her specific and insightful cuing with her love of nature and the water to create an almost magical class. I had little experience on a paddle board and no experience with SUP yoga, but with Steph's expert and gentle guidance, I was in love with the practice and felt comfortable in no time. Steph guides all levels of yogis and paddle boarders with ease so that everyone can feel competent and successful by the time they leave class. Once you feel a savasana out on the water with Steph, you will be hooked, too!

Sup Yoga SRQ will be the ultimate SUP yoga experience. Steph does a wonderful job of making sure you feel comfortable on and off the water. Her classes are great for all skill levels. I would highly recommend getting on the water with her!

My experience with Steph for SUP yoga was such a JOY!

My sister and I did a private class near sarasota.Steph gave us instructions and brought all the equipment, we just had to show up! She took us a to beautiful location and explained everything in detail, she made me feel so comfortable and confident on the board I couldn’t believe how awesome I felt! We got a lot of amazing photos and my favorite part was when Steph guided us through savasana ... she brought us to the moment we were in and reminded us about gratitude ! It was truly a beautiful experience and I can’t wait to go out again! If your looking to do a private session or group I would absolutely go with Steph!

From the first moment I found myself in downward dog on a paddleboard guided by Steph’s soothing voice, I was hooked. Steph’s timely and descriptive cues allow her participants to flow at their own level and pace as they navigate yoga poses with gentle rippling water beneath them. The calmness and clarity of Steph’s instruction ensures her participants feel safe and at ease. After years of doing Steph’s SUP yoga classes, my body has developed strength, balance, and confidence that no other form of physical movement has brought to me. The most enlightening yoga is that which connects one to nature...especially water. From your first moment on the water in Steph’s SUP yoga class, I guarantee you will be hooked too!
